The City of Phoenix invites sealed offers for Evaporative Cooler Maintenance and Repair for a two-year term, with three (3) one-year options, commencing on or about October 1, 2024, in accordance with the specifications and provisions contained herein or the "Effective Date" which is upon award by City Council, conditioned upon signature and recording by the City Clerk's department, as required by the Phoenix City Code, whichever is later. This service is needed to help keep the evaporative coolers in good working order to allow them to perform at peak efficiency.
