Bid No: 1874 The purpose of the project is to construct a new, block, single story, 2,600 sf office building that will be located adjacent to the Windstorm Damage Mitigation Training Center parking lot at 3111 Agricultural Center Drive. This new EOC Annex Building will have two (2) office rooms, two (2) bathrooms and an open space for either training, storage and/or temporary work stations. St. Johns County reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids/proposals, waive minor informalities, or award the bid/proposal which best serves the interests of St. Johns County Question Deadline 06/19/2024 at 4:00 PM ET Any and all questions related to this project shall be directed, in writing, to the Designated Point of Contact. The County's Designated Point of Contact for this IFB is Alexis Colbert, Procurement Coordinator, St. Johns County Purchasing Department.
