Furnish CALCIUM CHLORIDE products as specified below to be F.O.B. delivered to the locations listed as and when required by the Pennsylvania Turnpike Commission (Commission) for Flaked Calcium Chloride (Bagged) and Liquid Calcium Chloride (30-32% Solution). Initial Term of Contract: The Contract shall commence on the Effective Date, August 1, 2024 and expire on June 30, 2025 The contract or any part of the contract may be renewed for two (2) additional one (1) year terms by the mutual agreement between the Commission and the Supplier(s). The renewal may be exercised as individual or multiple year terms(s). Renewals shall be negotiated and mutually agreed upon by the Commission's Strategic Sourcing Department and the suppliers. Non-renewed contracts will be competitively re-bid. June 12, 2024 Deadline for Bidders to Submit Questions June 14, 2024 Answers to Question will be provided or Addenda posted The Commission reserves the right to make changes or alterations to this schedule as the Commission determines is in its best interest.
