This Request for Tenders is issued by NPC for the provision of general construction contracting services to supply goods and perform services for the milling and paving of approximately 7 kilometers (excluding identified provisional areas) of roadway along the Southern Boulevard of the Niagara River Parkway, between Niagara Falls and Fort Erie, Ontario. Owner requires that all interested parties sign a Non-Discloser Agreement (NDA) in order to access the plans and specs for this project.
