One-time Purchase - LR-Timber Switch Ties Summary Statement The Maryland Transit Administration (MTA or the "Department") is issuing this Invitation for Bids (IFB) in order to procure the services defined in this Section 2, as specified in this IFB, from a contract between the successful bidder(s) and the Maryland Transit Administration: Procure Timber Switch Ties. 2 It is the State's intention to obtain goods and services, as specified in this IFB, from a Contract between the selected Bidder and the State. The Department intends to obtain goods and or services from a Contract between the selected Bidder(s) and the State for the work under this IFB.
