Site work, renovation and addition to an educational facility in Tishomingo, Oklahoma. Completed plans call for the renovation of a 10,253-square-foot, four-story above grade educational facility; for the addition of a 4,020-square-foot educational facility; and for site work for a educational facility.
The project consists of a complete building rehabilitation of a 4-level facility on the historical register. All work shall comply with the “Secretary of the Interiors Standards for Rehabilitation (1997)”. The existing building has approximately 2,645 s.f. per level with a porch of 290 s.f. The 268 s.f. stair addition on the south is to allow for emergency exit from the first-floor dining room and entry to the lower level. The 990 s.f. addition (each level) on the north, houses the emergency egress stairs to all floors, ground level access to the elevator, accessible restrooms, and ADA guest rooms. The total existing square footage of renovated space is approximately 10,253 s.f. The total square footage of the addition is approximately 4,020 s.f. with a ground level canopy of 90 s.f.
