Site work and renovation of a mixed-use development in Washingtonville, New York. Working plans call for the renovation of a educational facility; and for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot.
Project work includes: Washingtonville High School - Water heater and air handling unit replacements - Replacement of electrical switchboards and panels - Security film on cafeteria windows - Replacement of fire alarm and carbon monoxide systems - Renovate toilet rooms and pool locker rooms - Replace food prep equipment - Pool improvements Washingtonville Middle School - Wood window replacements at stairway and gymnasium - Replace food prep equipment - Replace walk-in cooler and freezer - Kitchen flooring abatement and replacement - Parking lot, driveway, fencing, curbing and sidewalk improvements As of August 5, 2025, this project is in the pre-construction phase. An architect and construction manager have been selected for the project.
