Site Address: 619 Beltrami Ave NW City: Bemidji County: Beltrami State/Province: MN Est. Completion Date: Dec. 31, 2024 The Project involves: Replacement of an existing roof mounted cooling tower and indoor holding tank. The installation of new cooling tower pump, buffer tank and heat exchanger to interface with the existing heat pump energy loop. Mechanical room and roof piping will be modified to accommodate the new installation. Electric power renovations are required for replacing and adding new equipment. All bids must be in accordance with the Bidding Documents. A Bid Bond in the amount of five percent (5%) of the total Bid price must accompany each bid. The successful bidder will be required to furnish a performance and payment bond. The County reserves the right to waive any irregularities and to reject any or all Bids as they deem to be in its best interest. No Bid may be withdrawn within a period of sixty (60) days after the date fixed for opening Bids.
