The Town of Davie, Florida invites qualified contractors to submit responses in accordance with the requirements stated herein Purchase of American Flow Control Gate Valves. Pursuant to Town Code Section No. 2-320 and section 1.51 of the terms and conditions, a Cone of Silence is hereby imposed on this solicitation. The cone shall be in effect until such time of award by the Town Administrator or the Town Mayor and Council. Questions regarding this solicitation shall be submitted in writing to procurement@davie-fl.gov no later than 5:00 PM on June 13, 2024. Responses to those questions considered material to the solicitation will be made available as formal addenda to the Town's Procurement website and online. It is the responsibility of prospective bidders to ensure they are aware of all addenda issued relative to this solicitation. The Town will maintain documentation on its own website for general public information and posting requirements. Late submissions shall not be accepted. The selection of the successful bidder(s) shall be at the Town's discretion and shall be made in a prompt manner after the receipt and evaluation of all ITB responses. The Town of Davie reserves the right to reject any and all submissions, to waive any and all irregularities in any submission, and to make awards in the best interest of the Town.
