Question Acceptance Deadline 06/04/2024 04:00 PM EDT Questions are submitted online No Surety Company Bond, on form furnished by the Town of Jamestown for at least 5% of the amount of the bid, must accompany each proposal; certified check will not be accepted. *The Town of Jamestown reserves the right to reject any and all bids. All pavement materials shall be obtained from a State Approved Plant and the asphalt produced is being used on current RIDOT projects. The Contractor must provide a Certificate ofCompliance from the state approved plant stating that the product provided meets RIDOT specifications.
