Estimated Price: $689,277.96 The purpose of this contract is to provide storm water services and related services to King County Department of Natural Resources and Parks, Water and Land Resources Division ("County") to conduct field reconnaissance at a list of candidate roadway runoff sampling sites, purchase and install equipment for flow-weighted sampling at selected sites, collect flow-weighted storm water samples throughout a wet season, and summarize findings for the Sampling Roadway Runoff for 6PPD-q Project. King County reserves the right to reject any and all Proposals at any time. The County may cancel this procurement at any time, even after the issuance of the Notice of Intent to Award. King County reserves the right to reject any Proposer found to be debarred by a local, state, or federal agency. After the selection of the top-ranked firm, the County will enter into negotiations with that firm to finalize the Fixed Professional Fee, Scope of Work, Project Schedule, and Total Price. If the County is unsuccessful in negotiating these matters with the selected Consultant, the County reserves the option to terminate negotiations and proceed with the next-highest ranked firm.
