Site work and renovation of a civil project in Grand Rapids, Michigan. Completed plans call for the renovation of a water / sewer project; and for site work for a water / sewer project.
Construction of a pump station building, two new pumps including associated valves and piping, new pump station suction and discharge pipe connections, new utility connections to pump station building including electrical service, natural gas service, and sanitary sewer, installation of a new natural gas standby generator, and associated electrical, instrumentation and controls, mechanical, and site improvements. Davis-Bacon/Prevailing Wages For this project, the City of Grand Rapids Prequalification of Bidders and Subcontractors is waived and replaced with a Contractor's Qualification Statement that must be submitted as required in the bid documents. This project is funded in whole or in part by a loan through the State of Michigan. As such, the contractors and subcontractors will be required to meet all additional requirements of the Drinking Water Revolving Fund (DWRF) including but not limited to EPA's Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (DBE) Program; Debarment/Suspension Certifications; and Davis-Bacon Prevailing Wages.
