As of August 15, 2024, this project has not yet been awarded. A timeline for the award has not yet been established. THIS PROJECT IS FOR THE CONSTRUCTION OF THE F.D.R. BOULEVARD - PHASE 3B ROAD PROJECT (Lot 1) from Buck Hewitt Road to Pegg Road, a total distance of 1.0+ mile. SCOPE OF WORK CONSISTS OF: Construction of roadway improvements of F.D.R. Boulevard Phase 3B, including all earthwork, roadways, sidewalks, bike trail, curbing, storm drainage, structures, storm water management, retaining walls, erosion and sediment control, utility adjustments, intersections, landscaping, pavement markings, signs, traffic signal, and street lighting facilities, in Lexington Park, MD, as more fully described in SECTION C: DESCRIPTION/SPECIFICATIONS/WORK STATEMENT. The Project will consist of all the elements required to make the roadway complete and ready for use. The Contractor shall accomplish all work, including such additional, extra and incidental work that may be considered necessary by the St. Mary's County Government, to complete the Project, as defined herein, in a satisfactory and acceptable manner. The Contractor shall provide all plant equipment, tools, materials, labor and incidentals necessary to complete the Project within the time period specified and in accordance with the solicitation documents.
