Site work for a civil project in Evanston, Illinois. Conceptual plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
The City of Evanston's Public Works Agency is seeking proposals from experienced firms for: Professional engineering services to provide design and construction services for replacing the existing fences and gates at the water treatment facility, north standpipe, south standpipe locations with new technology security fencing and impact resistant security gates. The design shall be conducted based on generally accepted Water Sector guidance documents, procedures, and Best Practices. The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time. The Evanston City Council also reserves the right to award the contract to an Evanston firm if that firm's bid is within 5% of the low bid.
