Saving Project...

Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Holly Springs, North Carolina. Completed plans call for site work for a playground / park / athletic field; sidewalk / parking lot; for paving for a playground / park / athletic field; water / sewer project; and sidewalk / parking lot.

The project is generally described as follows: The work for the Community Garden at Suggs Farm Park project includes a gravel pavement drive and gravel parking lot for 20 vehicles, 3 of those are to be on concrete. Furthermore, concrete pathways along the parking lot and to the community garden, a 1'' water line to serve the community garden spigots, as well as grading, erosion control and other required measures. Although the area of the future community garden will get graded and prepared by the contractor, items like the fence, gates, garden beds, bins, storage areas and other features as called out on the plan set will be done by others. Please review the CD plan set for more details. The TOWN OF HOLLY SPRINGS reserves the right to waive any informality, to reject any and all proposal, and to award a contract which, in its judgment, is in the best interest of the Town of Holly Springs. The last day for questions is 6 business days before the bid opening.
