Site work and new construction of a municipal facility in Roscoe, South Dakota. Completed plans call for the construction of a 1,255-square-foot municipal facility; and for site work for a municipal facility.

The prime contractor shall furnish all labor, materials, equipment and service and perform all of the work of each respective contract as shown on the drawings and specified in the specifications prepared by HKG Architects, Inc., AIA, Aberdeen, South Dakota and their consulting engineers. Contractors shall, prior to start of work, set the work schedule and sequence with the owner and secure approval of same. Suitable access to and from existing building and all other areas must be provided at all times. Prime contractors shall cooperate with each other to insure a smooth running, well organized project. Each bid must be accompanied by a certified check, cashier's check, or draft in the amount of 5% of the base bid plus all add alternates, or a 10% bid bond issued by a surety authorized to do business in the State of South Dakota and made payable to the "City of Roscoe, Roscoe, South Dakota". The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive any irregularities therein. Performance Bond and Payment Bond will be required of successful prime contractor and cost of same to be included in the bid. Bond shall be executed on AIA Standard Form A312, with amount shown on each part equal to 100 percent of the total amount payable by terms of the contract. Surety shall be company licensed to do business in South Dakota and acceptable to architect and owner. Two copies of each are required. Bonds to be issued to owner, same as Bid Security listed in Advertisement for Bids.
