**Per Addendum 1 the bid date has been extended from 01/03/25 to 01/10/25** The AOC seeks a general contractor to furnish all labor, materials, supplies, tools, services, etc. necessary for an HVAC Repair and Installation Project for the Hardin County Justice Center located at 120 E. Dixie Ave., Elizabethtown, Kentucky. This project consists of replacement and/or upgrades to HVAC systems, lighting and lighting controls, and acoustical ceiling tile systems. The trades involved include, but are not limited to, the following: demolition, general, sheet metal, HVAC piping, HVAC insulation, electrical, temperature controls, and building automation system.
