Site work, paving and outdoor lighting for a sidewalk / parking lot in Portland, Oregon. Design plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot; and for outdoor lighting for a sidewalk / parking lot.
The Project will build sidewalk to fill gaps along the west side of SE 174th between SE Kelly to Francis, including adding crosswalks at two key intersections and updating two crosswalks already in place. The Project will also install a buffered bike lane to increase space between vehicles and bikers and walkers, and update or add street lighting. The project is included in the city's 2022-2025 Capital Improvement Program (CIP). As of November 20, 2024, per owner, they are designing this project in-house. They are in early 30% design and don't anticipate going to construction until 2026. They will have an updated estimate by the end of the 30% design timeframe. *Project information has been obtained through a public capital improvement plan (CIP). A CIP is a financial schedule for short- and long-range projects which is updated regularly. Information listed in the CIP often evolves based on funding availability and the project details, including timeline and value, are subject to change.
