C. 30b, Unless Otherwise Stated. Purchases by the Town of Wilmington Are Exempt From Any Federal, State, Municipal and/or Excise Tax. The Town of Wilmington Reserves The Right to Waive Any Formality And/or to Reject Any or All Bids. Or Any Parts Thereof Deemed Not To Be in the Best Interest of The Town of Wilmington. The Bidder Certifies Under Penalties Of Perjury That This Bid Has Been Made and Submitted in Good Faith And Without Collusion or Fraud. The work will be completed at two locations: 1. Sargent Water Treatment Plant 11 Sewell Rd Wilmington, MA 01887 2. Butters Row Water Treatment Plant 54 Butters Row Wilmington, MA 01887 The Contract will be awarded to the responsible vendor offering the needed quality of supply or service at the lowest price of the three combined GAC changeouts (2 rounds at Sargent WTP and 1 round at Butters Row WTP) anticipated between 7/1/24 and 6/30/25 Question Deadline 06/11/2024 Every request for such interpretation should be in writing addressed to: Joseph Lobao, Public Works Deputy Director (jlobao@wilmingtonma.gov) and to be given consideration must be received at least seven (7) days prior to the date fixed for the opening of bids.
