Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Fairport, New York. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; and sidewalk / parking lot.

The project consists of the installation of approximately 1,650 Linear Feet of Concrete Sidewalk. The Project includes removal of existing asphalt sidewalk, excavation, installation of subbase material, adjustment of miscellaneous utilities (valve boxes/services, manhole frame and covers, etc.), and installation of new concrete sidewalk. Work also includes removal of one existing curb cut, and installation of one new curb cut and ADA sidewalk ramp, driveway restorations, and site grading and restoration between the edge of roadway and new sidewalk, and behind the newly installed sidewalk. The project also includes all necessary temporary erosion control and maintenance and protection of vehicular and pedestrian traffic. Bids will be received for a single prime Contract. Bids shall be on a unit price basis, as indicated in the Bid Form. Project has an expected duration of 90 days. The Town of Perinton, Monroe County, New York, reserves the right to reject any or all bids, or to waive any informalities, or to make an award to other than the low bidder. It further reserves the right to limit the amount of the award Attention of the bidders is particularly directed to the requirements of the conditions of employment to be observed and minimum Wage Rates to be paid under the Contract. Minority and Women Business Enterprises and Section 3 firms are encouraged to participate. This project is funded under the Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) Program, as administered by the Monroe County Department of Planning and Development and is subject to the provisions of Section 3 of the HUD Act of 1968, as amended and other CDBG Program regulations.
