Site work, paving and renovation of a mixed-use development in Cornwall, Prince Edward Island. Completed plans call for site work for a bridge / tunnel; for the renovation of a educational facility; educational facility; sidewalk / parking lot; and for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot.

1. Perform civil work to infill swale and place drainage culvert. 2. Erect temporary snow fence to enclose the site. 3. Perform all work to complete the construction of the Mobile Classroom Building including the exterior steps and ramp as described in the Architectural Drawings. 4. Perform all mechanical work as described in the Mechanical Drawings. 5. Perform all Electrical work as described in the Electrical Drawings. 6. Finish grade around building and seed. Reinstate any grassed areas disturbed during the work. 7. Construct asphalt walkway connecting existing school entrance to new stairs/ramp.
