Renovation of an educational facility in Gilmer, Texas. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.

The project consists of the removal of existing storefront entrances at Gilmer Intermediate School and Bruce Junior High School, installation of new exterior storefront entrances in the existing openings as detailed in the drawings, and installation of new interior storefront on the interior to create enclosed security vestibules at both campuses. In general, the work will include demolition and removal of the existing storefront, provision of new aluminum storefront entrances as detailed with all required hardware for operation, and installation of security film on exterior glazing as required by the documents. All Proposers must provide with the proposal bid security in the form of a Bid Bond in the amount of a sum no less than 5 percent of the Proposal amount.
