The Town of Great Falls is interested in renovating the tennis courts at Dave Minors Complex located off Bennett Road in Great Falls. The tennis courts have approx. 1400 liner feet of cracking throughout the asphalt that makes up the court. Court dimensions are approx. 106' x 119' consisting of 2 tennis courts. The town is interested in converting one tennis court into 4 pickleball courts and retaining one tennis court at this site. Scope of Work 1. Pressure Wash entire court. 2. Fill all cracks in asphalt with Acrylic Patch Binder 3. Apply one coat of Acrylic Resurfacer over the areas of the crack repairs so that the crack repair does not shadow through the new resurfacing. 4. Apply acrylic resurfacer over the entire court surface. 5. Apply two coats of acrylic color coating in the designated court areas. 6. Court colors are to be Blue for interior and forest green for exterior. 7. Apply White Court Striping for tennis and pickleball courts. 8. Replace tennis net and pole. 9. Install permanent pickleball nets for all pickleball courts. The contractor will clean the site of all debris created from the construction process and leave the courts ready for play. The owner will assist with removal of debris from construction and provide access for water.
