TRINITY METRO is issuing a Request for Proposal (RFP) for Indefinite Delivery / Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) Contracts to select up to three (3) electrical contractors, three (3) mechanical contractors, and three (3) plumbing contractors to provide on-call furnishing, removal, repair, or installation of electrical, mechanical, and/or plumbing items to support TRINITY METRO's bus and rail operation as needed. TRINITY METRO will select, negotiate, and enter into a contract with each of the selected contractors and each contract will be for a three (3) year period with two (2) one-year options for a maximum of five (5) years. No questions will be answered verbally. (2) The Trinity Metro reserves the right not to conduct oral demonstrations and/or interviews and select a Contractor based on written proposals only. (3) The Evaluation Committee's recommendation of contract award is scheduled for Board presentation by the date above; however, Trinity Metro reserves the right to change the award date. (4) Trinity Metro reserves the right to change the contract execution date.
