The bids will only be received electronically through CivcastUSA. The electronic bids will be publicly opened and read on the conference call. Bids will not be accepted by email. The project is located within western Montgomery County and is part of Montgomery County M.U.D. No. 153. Its location is bounded approximately east of Corolla Road, north of Boars Head Road and Palmetto Road, west of Wilderness, and south of Grand Lake Estates Drive the project site is in Montgomery County, Key Map 184-V, 184-Y, 184-Z, and 185-S. For construction contracts over $50,000, the bidder shall submit either a 2% certified or cashier's check or a five percent (5%) bid bond of the maximum total bid amount.
