Demolition, site work and renovation of a civil project in Oketo, Kansas. Completed plans call for the demolition of a water / sewer project; for site work for a road / highway; and for the renovation of a water / sewer project.

Work includes furnishing all the labor, materials, and equipment for construction of an elevated FRP building; excavation; backfilling; grading; site and building concrete work; process piping; mechanical and electrical equipment; valves & appurtenances; liquid chlorine equipment; one submersible well pump; Well pitless unit; piping; installation of 110 L.F. of 2" HDPE and 70 L.F. of 4" PVC piping; air releases; hydrants; valves and appurtenances; gravel surfacing; grass seeding; erosion control; well piping and electrical improvements; and all other incidental and appurtenant work required to complete the improvements as shown and specified. Alternates: Demolition of the existing well house. A pre-bid conference will not be held. Bid Security will be required in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders.
