During demolition for Administration Center Service Counter, it was discovered that the existing conditions of the atrium boundary do not match the as-built drawings from the original 1990 building construction. This project brings the existing conditions in the atrium up to original code will consist of: fire caulking all above-ceiling penetrations; replacing unrated door and window assemblies; adding new doors; adding smoke dampers in some ductwork; and other miscellaneous items. Prevailing wages are required on this project. Bids must be submitted only on the bid form supplied in this RFB document. No oral, telegraphic or telephonic bids or modifications will be considered. Submit with each bid a certified check or acceptable bidder's bond payable to Dakota County in an amount equal to five percent (5%) of the total base bid. The successful bidder is required to furnish satisfactory Labor and Material Payment Bond and Performance Bond equal to 100% of the total contract amount.
