Site work for a water / sewer project in Cleveland, Ohio. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
For the Division of Water Pollution Control for the Department of Public Utilities, as Authorized by Ordinance 1026-2023. Passed November 13, 2024. Bidders must be on the Plan-holders list to submit a bid or receive any addenda. The UPS delivery charges for the plans and specifications will be billed to the bidder's company UPS account number provided. This project consists of replacing approximately 353 ft of combined sewer on West 38 St from Woodbine Avenue to 353 ft north of Woodbine Avenue. The contractor is required to submit as-built plans and a videotaped copy of the new sewers at the completion of the project. The contractor is required to obtain a street opening permit prior to the sewer excavation. Medium Set (MS) Concrete is to be used for Pavement Restoration under Item 400 Question Deadline 06/13/2024 All questions should be submitted in writing to the Division of Purchases and Supplies: Email: Purchasing@clevelandohio.gov Fax: (216) 664-2177The last day for questions is 5 business days following the non-mandatory pre-bid meeting, by the close of business.
