This is a federally funded project, and the remaining balance is $275,000.00 Notice of award scheduled for June 17 ,2024, Notice to proceed June 18, 2024 Total time for Substantial Completion of the contract is 75 calendar days from the written notice to proceed, on or before September 2, 2024. Final completion is 89 calendar days on or before September 16, 2024 Each bid shall be accompanied by security in the form of a certified check or bid bond payable to the Southeastern Greene School District in an amount not less than ten percent (10%) of the amount of the bid. Attention is called to the fact that the Contractor must ensure that employees and applicants for employment are not discriminated against because of their race, color, religion, sex, or national origin. Attention is called to the fact that the minimum salaries and wages as set forth in the Contract Documents must be paid on this project. The Owner reserves the right, which is understood and agreed to by all bidders, to reject all bids, to waive any and all informalities in the bids, and to refuse to consider non-conforming, non-responsive or conditional bids. All bids shall remain irrevocable for sixty (60) days after the actual date of the bid opening. Questions should be directed to Ken Schrock via email by 3:00 pm June 3, 2024.
