Direct all inquiries concerning this RFP to: Adam Perry Senior Fiscal Analyst Email: RFDcontracts@raleighnc.gov Deadline for Written Questions June 20, 2024 City Response to Questions (anticipated) June 27, 2024 The City of Raleigh (COR) is solicitating proposals from one or more firm(s) with which to contract for the following services: To provide on-call and emergency parts and repair services to fire apparatus (engines, ladders, rescues, mini-pumpers, air trucks, and specialty fire response vehicles). Work must be high quality and failed equipment brought to "as-manufactured" condition. The City reserves the right to enter into one of more contracts with firms based on price, location of services, hours of operation, and/or availability of services with minimum delay. No representation or guarantee is made regarding the quantity of work to be awarded under any as-needed service contract. While this RFP is for the City's Fire Department needs, the City reserves the right to add additional services that could benefit from this solicitation.
