You are invited to offer a Proposal to the Unified Government of Athens-Clarke County (ACCGov), Owner, to provide Commissioning Services during this project's pre-construction phase, design phase, and construction phase as described herein for the Mental Health Recovery Facility Project. The project will provide design, construction, and equipping of a mental health recovery facility project so as to provide a residential style facility for individuals with mental health and potentially co-occurring addictive disease(s) located at 240 Mitchell Bridge Road. This capital construction project is to be funded through the Special Purpose Local Option Sales Tax Program, SPLOST 2020, Project 28.
