Renovation of a military facility in Fort Riley, Kansas. Completed plans call for the renovation of a 15,400-square-foot military facility.
Project scope includes but is not limited to remodeling building 7656 for company operations facility. Entire floor remodel and MEP. Plans also call for ACM Abatement and all related work. A. Scope of demolition and removal work is indicated on drawings and specified in Section 02 41 00. B. Plumbing: Replace existing system with new construction. C. HVAC: Replace existing system with new construction. D. Electrical Power and Lighting: Replace existing system with new construction. E. Fire Suppression Sprinklers: No system required. F. Fire Alarm: Replace existing system with new construction. G. Telephone: Replace existing system with new construction. H. Security System: No system required. I.
