STV is providing project management services for the 115,000-square-foot city hall which will rise in the center of Franklin’s historic downtown district, according to a release. The redevelopment includes a complete demolition of the current city hall and the construction of a new complex with public meeting spaces, parking, new streetscape and outdoor gathering space. “We’re excited to partner with the City of Franklin on a cornerstone of this vibrant community as the region continues to grow,” Luis Delgado, president of STV, said in the release. “Creating a new City Hall is an opportunity to celebrate Franklin’s history while providing a state-of-the-art space for the people who are leading the community into the future.” STV has local offices in Chattanooga and Franklin and is currently serving as the Tennessee Department of Transportation's construction manager for a widening project along Interstate 24 in Chattanooga. _____________________________________________________________________________________ The City of Franklin (City) is seeking to retain a Construction Manager at Risk (CMAR) to provide preconstruction and construction management services with a guaranteed maximum price for construction of a new City Hall in Franklin, Tennessee.
