Site work and renovation of a civil project in Brooksville, Florida. Completed plans call for the renovation of a water / sewer project; and for site work for a water / sewer project.
Question Deadline 02/17/2025 All questions relative to interpretation of the specifications or the bid process shall be addressed in writing via Hernando County eProcurement Portal Q&A Tab, prior to the date set for submittal and opening of the bids A. This project consists of the rehabilitation of the HUT Pumping Station. B. It will be the Vendor/Contractors responsibility to provide an acceptable MOT plan at the Pre construction meeting along with a chart showing the project schedule. C. The Vendor/Contractor shall comply with all applicable OSHA workplace safety requirements and shall accomplish the work in a manner providing for the safety of their equipment and workers and for the safety of the general public. 7.3. LOCATION OF THE WORK: The work to be performed in this contract will be performed on approximately 700 North of the Springhill Drive and Barclay Road on the east side of Barclay with the project portion of the pipe route extending to Aerial Way and Springhill Drive in Spring Hill, Florida, in Hernando County, Florida. The offsite force main will start construction in March of 2025. Estimated completion time to be 8 to 10 months
