Site work and new construction of a mixed-use development in Dundalk, Ontario. Design plans call for the construction of a 4,952-square-foot, 54-seat day care center; and 67,620-square-foot, three-story above grade, 735-seat educational facility.
Construction of a new 735-student elementary school and child care centre with 3 rooms within the new Glenelg Subdivision (off Bradley Street extension). Scope to include: 23 general classrooms, a special education classroom, 7 kindergarten classrooms, library, and double gymnasium. TIMELINE: Project is in design development. Owner is presently finalizing the detailed of the Purchase and Sale Agreement prior to submitted for land funding request through the MEDU. Owner has issued pre-qualifications for general contractors, as well as mechanical, electrical, and masonry subcontractors. Further update fall 2026.
