Site work for a mixed-use development in Kelowna, British Columbia. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; bridge / tunnel; water / sewer project; and sidewalk / parking lot.
The City is seeking an experienced Contractor to undertake the Frost Rd project, encompassing road construction, concrete work, landscaping, deep utility work, electrical installations, paving, creek culvert renewal, traffic management and environmental protection measures. The Work can be briefly summarized as follows: Approximately 1,450m of Machine-Placed Concrete Barrier Curb & Gutter, per MMCD Std. Dwg C4. Approximately 1,100m2 of Concrete Sidewalk, 100 mm thick c/w 100 mm Thick Base Gravel. Approximately 620m2 of Retaining Wall. Approximately 9,100m2 of Pavement Milling. Approximately 13,600m2 of Surface Course Paving. Approximately 10,600m2 of Base Course Paving. Approximately 510m of 750mm Storm Pipe PVC SDR35. 17 Storm Manholes, 5 Sanitary Manholes and 18 Catch Basins.
