(Aspen Creek subdivision, off 1090th Street.) Est. length 1.44 miles. Est. width 27 feet. No crack-fill. Project 2. Chip-seal 1180th Street. (Off Hwy 35.) Est. length 0.86 miles. Est. width 20 feet. Include the intersecting dead-end spurs as follows: 485th Avenue, est. 0.15 miles (16 ft. wide); 490th Avenue, est. 0.16 miles (16 ft. wide); 503rd Avenue, est. 0.124 miles (23 ft. wide). Project 3. Chip-seal 497th Avenue. (From 1180th to 1208th Street.) Est. length 1.1 miles. Est. width 22 feet. No crack-fill. Project 4. Chip-seal 1050th Street. (Off Hwy 35.) Est. length 1.83 miles. Est. width 22 feet. No crack-fill. Provide separate "Flex-Patch" quote for all of Project #1 (566th Ave., Aspen Creek). Provide separate "flex patch" and "crack-fill" quotes as optional add-ons for 503rd Ave. Specifications & Requirements: o Bidder must provide a separate quote for each item listed above. o Bidder must verify the distance and width of each road segment. (Mileage noted above is approximate.) o Hot Oil Asphalt at 320 to 350 degrees shall be applied. Specify the emulsions to be used for each application. o Specify a non-routed ("blow-'n'-go") option for crack-fill. o FA2 washed pea rock is required for chips. o Work must include traffic control and prior sweeping of the roadway. o Proof of insurance must be enclosed with bids (workman's comp. and liability). o Project Deadline: All roadwork must be completed by September 1, 2024 The Town of Oak Grove reserves the right to reject any or all bids, to waive irregularities or informalities in the bids received, and to accept any bid most favorable to the Town.
