Improvement of the Pacific Highway Non-motorized Trail Including Asphalt Paving, Stormwater Improvements, Curb Ramps, Illumination Improvements, and a Signal at 16th Ave S and Dash Point Rd. Regardless of the Date of Award or Notice to Proceed, the Contractor Must Complete All Work Within 120 Working Days. Questions Must Be Received by the City No Later Than 5:00 P.m. The City of Federal Way Reserves the Right to Reject Any and All Bids, Waive Any Informalities or Minor Irregularities in the Bidding, and Determine Which Bid or Bidder Meets the Criteria Set Forth in the Bid Documents.
