Contractor will provide all labor, materials, and equipment necessary to perform the services in strict accordance with the rehabilitation specifications, guidelines, and Florida Building Code. PRICING AND AWARD 1. Bidder must upload a completed Exhibit B - Price Proposal with their response. 2. Bids will be received on a lump sum basis.
