Site work and renovation of a mixed-use development in Albuquerque, New Mexico. Conceptual plans call for the renovation of a military facility; for site work for a parking garage; and water / sewer project.
This is the initial step in the planning process for the renovation of the current Fire Hydrant System. Purpose and objective this Statement of Work (SoW) is a construction statement of work which identifies the construction services required for the construction of a complete project. The contractor (CTR) shall provide shop drawings to government for review prior to stamping by a licensed professional engineer (PE). Drawings are provided that describe the apron ramp and the construction scope, but it is the CTR's responsibility to furnish and install a complete project. The CTR shall provide the necessary staff and skills to successfully complete the project. An acceptable Period of Performance (PoP) for this project shall be within (207) calendar days of contract award. CTR shall propose overall project schedule and total number of days to complete project for government review. The following Table 5 shows the timeframe of each government response requirement. The Method of Contractor Selection has not been determined at this Time.
