The Naval Supply Systems Command (NAVSUP) Fleet Logistics Center Norfolk (FLCN), Regional Directorate, intends to award a single award Firm Fixed Price, Sole Source contract for Intrusion Detection System Upgrade Services to Valkyrie Enterprises, LLC. The Government will solicit and award using the policies and procedures of FAR Part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Items; FAR Part 13, Simplified Acquisition Procedures; and FAR Part 6.3, Other Than Full and Open Competition. This requirement will be solicited as a Sole Source. The activity's small business office concurs with this determination. The NAICS code applicable to this procurement is 561621. The size standard is $25.0 million. The Product Service Code is DJ01. The anticipated award date is no later than 13 June 2024.
