Splendora ISD is currently seeking interested vendors to submit bids for Above Ground Storage Tanks Re-Coat. ANY QUESTIONS CONCERNING THIS INVITATION TO BID AND SPECIFICATIONS SHOULD BE DIRECTED TO Darla Baker, Director of Purchasing @ 281-689-4351 or email to dbaker@splendoraisd.org The Splendora Independent School District (SISD) is seeking proposals to recoat the south above-ground water storage tank located at the water plant in Splendora Jr High, 23411 FM2090, Splendora, Texas, 77372. The tank currently has a leak, and the coating is intended to stop the leak and prevent further issues. The specifications should meet or be equivalent to the following: field sandblast interior sidewalls, apply one coat of Duraplate UHS at 10 mils, fiberglass perimeter edge of the floor with Duraplate UHS Clear resin, apply one coat of Duraplate UHS at 10 mils, final DFT 20 mils, and test and touch up pinholes. Splendora ISD reserves the right to accept or reject any or all proposals. Splendora ISD does not discriminate based on sex, race, color, national origin or disability.
