Site work for a water / sewer project in Clovis, New Mexico. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.

The 27 SOCES requires services for the repair of Water Well 4A. This acquisition is for non-personal services. The contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, parts, tools, materials, vehicles, supervision, and other items and services necessary to perform repair of existing Water Well 4A at Cannon Air Force Base, New Mexico. Upon completion of the work, the Contractor shall have tested and restored Water Well #4 to 100% operational. The contractor shall perform to the standards in the contract as well as local, state and Federal regulations. Please see attached Performance Work Statement (PWS) for further information. The NAICS code for this requirement is 238220, which comprises establishments primarily engaged in installing and servicing plumbing. The PSC associated with this requirement is J043 entitled "Maintenance and Repair of Pumps & Compressors." All questions regarding this RFQ must be emailed to mauro.madera.@us.af.mil AND kylie.blumhagen@us.af.mil by 4 JUNE 2024 at 12:00 P.M Mountain Daylight Time. DESCRIPTION OF SERVICES. The contractor shall provide all labor, personnel, equipment, tools, materials, vehicles, supervision, qualifications and other items and services necessary to restore well 4A to full and safe operation at Cannon Air Force Base (CAFB), New Mexico. The contractor shall perform the requirements of this PWS in compliance with all federal, state, and local laws and industry standards.
