Renovation of a water / sewer project in Houston, Texas. Completed plans call for the renovation of a water / sewer project.

Scope of work to include but not limited to: Furnish all materials, labor, tools, and equipment for removal and replacement of existing three (3) turbo blowers with stainless steel enclosure; include provision of 10-year Asset and Maintenance Service Plan for the three (3) blowers; modifications to the electrical system including replacement of conductors, breakers, VFD/Blower enclosure, and removal of local VFD control panel for blowers and associated equipment; and modifications to the air supply piping including 12" butterfly valve. All work shall be in accordance with the plans and specifications. There will be no pre-bid meeting associated with this project. A cashier's check or bid bond in the amount of 5% of the total bid amount must accompany each bid. The successful bidder will be required to provide performance, payment and maintenance bonds for the full amount of the contract. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids. Contractor is required to submit TEC Form 1295 (Certificate of Interested Parties) with their bid.
