Renovation of a detention facility in Juneau, Wisconsin. Completed plans call for the renovation of a detention facility.
The work for which bids are asked includes, but not necessarily limited to, furnishing all labor, materials, tools, and equipment necessary for the PROJECT at Dod ge County Jail Chiller Upgrades (WC2-2) located at 216 W Center Street, Juneau, WI 53039 respectively. The bid will include the removal and replacement of one air-cooled chiller at the Dod ge County Jail. No control work shall be included in the price of This bid. All controls and integration of new chiller shall be coordinated with Dod ge County's control service provider at the time of installation. All work will be issued under a single prime contract for general construction. The mechanical contractor shall act as the general prime contractor. BID BOND: No bid shall be received unless accompanied by a certified check or a cashiers check equal to 10 percent of the bid payable to the Owner as a guaranty that if the bid is accepted the bidder will execute and file the proper contract and bond(s) within the time specified by the Owner. Failure to execute the contract in accordance with the Contractor's bid will result in the Bid Bond being forfeited. BID REJECTION: Dod ge County reserves the right to reject any and all bids, waive any informalities in bidding, or to accept the bid or bids, which best serve the interests of the Dod ge County.
