The project consists of the rehabilitation of approximately 1.96 miles of Brotherton Road and 0.78 miles of Glenn-Viniard Road, including parking areas and pull-offs, within the Chickamauga and Chattanooga National Military Park. The work includes asphalt pavement removal, grading, subgrade stabilization with cement, aggregate base, asphalt concrete pavement, riprap, removing and resetting stone masonry headwalls, aggregate-topsoil, signing, pavement markings, and other miscellaneous work. The project will be split into multiple work schedules/contract options, with the cost of the entire project expected to fall within the price range of $5,000,000 to $10,000,000. Bid documents should be issued on or about May 31, 2024. Bid due date and location will be specified on the SF 1442, Block 13a of the Solicitation.
