Site work and new construction of an educational facility in Pecos, Texas. Completed plans call for the construction of a 111,715-square-foot, three-story above grade educational facility; and for site work for a educational facility.

The project consists of the construction of a 111,715 SF three-story Academics Building, including classrooms, library, cafeteria, kitchen, an administrative suite, and associated site work. Package 3A is entirely separate from Package 3B, which consists of the construction of a new Athletics and Natatorium Building. Please do not include any work associated with Package 3B (Athletics and Natatorium) in your bid for Package 3A.
