The work to be performed under this contract consists of furnishing all material, labor, equipment, supplies, and incidental items for the removal and replacement of concrete golf cart paths and, in some areas, soil excavation and installation of new concrete golf cart paths on Irving Golf Club in conformance with the plans and specifications and related contract documents, together with all associated appurtenances to complete this project in the City of Irving. There will not be a designated site visit time for this project. Bidders wishing to visit the area should check in at the club house so that golf course staff are aware of the nature of your visit.
