The City of Surrey (the "City") invites contractors to provide a quotation on the form attached as Schedule C - Form of Quotation (the "Quotation") for the supply of the goods described in Schedule A - Specifications of Goods (the "Goods"). The description of the Goods sets out the minimum requirements of the City. A person that submits a Quotation (the "Contractor") should prepare a Quotation that meets the minimum requirements, and may as it may choose, in addition, also include goods or terms that exceed the minimum requirements. All inquiries related to this Request for Quotations ("RFQ") should be directed in writing to: Name: Sunny Kaila, Manager, Procurement Services Email: purchasing@surrey.ca Reference: 1220-040-2024-044 Inquiries should be made no later than 7 business days before the Date set out in Section 3. The City reserves the right not to respond to inquiries made within 7 business days of the Date set out in Section 3.
