The Contractor shall perform the work described in the project plans titled Klassen Pressure Reducing Station. The work includes installing a new precast concrete vault, pressure reducing valve, check valve bypass, pressure transducers, flow meter, air release valves, and all other related civil, mechanical, and electrical improvements required. Attention is directed to section 4.3.2, Increased or Decreased Quantities, of the General Provisions. The project consists of performing the following, including, but not limited to Construct a pressure reducing station contained within an underground pre-cast concrete vault within the public right-of-way of Green Valley Road. Construct a pressure reducing station on the City's existing water distribution system contained within an underground pre-cast concrete vault and located within the public right-of-way of Green Valley Road.
